My name is Jo and I live in sunny Western Australia with my husband and three beautiful children. I am about to embark on a new career in Natural Medicine – something I have thought about for the past 12 years and have finally worked up the courage to begin.

I started this blog as a way to record all the information I am finding along my own personal Journey to Natural Health and thought it might be interesting to those of you interested in living a healthier, more balanced life.
